Tutto
Toscana.

International Event Management and Food Management Production across Florence, Italy, and the United States.

01 — THE PROGRAM

Learn it in Florence.
Deliver it in the USA.

Apicius at The American University of Florence offers a one-of-a-kind experience for students seeking practical learning in International Event Management and Food Management Production.

TuttoToscana engages students directly with Apicius chefs and hospitality faculty through real events and carefully curated activities. Student and faculty teams develop concepts that promote Tuscan themes, prepare them in an academic setting, and share them with live audiences in diverse US locations.

The fall program connects Florence with New York City and culminates in capstone events at the James Beard Foundation. Spring programming may take place during NAFSA conference week in a major US city that rotates annually.
