Congratulations are in order for Team Apicius. “BeerAttraction,” an international exhibition dedicated to specialty beers, craft beers and food for the Horeca channel, hosts Italy’s most important national cuisine competition. A mix of tradition and innovation, over 500 chefs compete over 4 days in Rimini, Italy. Team Apicius won the Italian Championship in the 3D Pastry Art - Junior category as well as 4 gold medals for Confetti and plated desserts. The event was organized by the World Association of Chefs' Societies and Federazione Italiana Cuochi. The follow FUA students participated in the competition and were supervised by FUA instructors: Uzair Thobani Congratulations, Team Apicius.
