Ganzo, the creative learning lab, restaurant, and gallery run by Apicius students and faculty offers a rich calendar of gastronomic events throughout each academic session.
In addition to daily lunches, afternoon snacks, and dinners from Monday to Friday:
Wednesday Aperiganzo: A weekly social event featuring a gourmet snack buffet and beverages, including a Wine Corner managed by the Apicius wine department team. Certain Wednesdays feature AperiArt art exhibition openings.
Thursday themed dinners: Prix fixe menus featuring Apicius students/faculty and special guest chefs.
Friday a la Carte dinners: Unique menu selections presented by the Apicius student-faculty teams.
Wine Club seminars: Tastings and lectures held on 3 Mondays per season by sommeliers and wine producers.
Meal plans are available for both the FUA community and the general public.
