On March 17, 2018 the Apicius hospitality division of Florence University of the Arts is hosting an international hospitality conference. This event will address Health, Wellness, and Non-Hotel Lodging Trends in the Hospitality Industry. The conference will focus on two fast-growing global tourism segments: wellness tourism and non-hotel lodging.
