Apicius Career Program graduates have the opportunity to complete their undergraduate bachelor's degree through a stagiaire program in partnership with Endicott College located in Beverly, Massachusetts. Upon completion of select one or 2-year career programs in Florence, accepted candidates transfer FUA coursework to Endicott College for 4 to 6 semesters of Hospitality Management degree completion funded in full by the stagiaire, and participate in a part-time position on campus.

Culinary Arts (2-year program)
Hospitality Management (2-year program)
Baking and Pastry (1-year program)

Degree completion duration at Endicott:
4-6 semesters

- Performance related bonus upon completion of contract.
- Non US-residents will be applying for a J1 work visa, which makes them eligible for an 18-month academic training visa after their contract commitment.
