Tuition benefits for US military veterans are now applicable to the FUA-AUF BA in Food and Wine Studies featuring Apicius hospitality division coursework, allowing even more individuals to access a unique educational experience in the food and wine industry.

This is yet another opportunity to foster a diverse environment within the FUA-AUF campus, allowing people of all walks of life to learn and engage in Italian culinary/wine traditions and innovation. The full program curriculum can be viewed at the BA program page.

Veteran's benefits are available for several FUA-AUF academic programs. AA Certificate Career programs specific to Apicius that are covered include the two-year tracks in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. The FUA-AUF 2-year AA in Communication and Interactive Digital Media and the 4-year BA in Cultural Studies are also eligible for full tuition benefits.
